Grizzly G3 Coolroom Sealant
G3 Cool Room is a food grade safe, non-drying, polybutene rubber based mastic that does not harden but remains permanently soft. It has excellent resistance to water vapour transmission.
Roof & Gutter is a one part high quality sealant offering excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and can be used as an all round, multipurpose silicone.
A low modulus elastic silicone sealant specially designed for construction joints, and concrete to concrete joints. With powerful adhesion to many substrates the sealer will not corrode or discolor.
